1 chambre à louer dans une belle maison avec jardin, à partir de la mi-décembre 2025. Salle de bain indépendante à partager avec un autre étudiant. Cette chambre est louée pour une personne seule uniquement. Accès à la cuisine et salle à manger. Transports à 5' : métro Croix de Chavaux ligne 9 et RER A à Vincennes, station Vélib. Tous commerces à proximité : marchés, supermarchés, restaurants, bars, un cinéma et un théâtre etc. Le Bois de Vincennes est à 10' à pied. Egalement 2 grands parcs à côté de la maison.
Je recherche uniquement des étudiant.e.s ou stagiaires.
I speak fluent English .
A room in a nice 3 storey house . There is a double bed but I rent it only for one person - no couple. A bathroom to share with another student. Very easy transport and many facilities : 2 subway stops from Paris/East: line 9 Croix de Chavaux, direct Nation (15') Opéra, République (25?). Velib? and autolib? parking. The area is very central, within 5' at the border of the city and wood of Vincennes( subway line 1 and RER train A). all shops, cinema, restaurants, bars, parks around etc. A supermarket, bakery, italian restaurant and wine bar across the house. I look for students or trainees only.
I have a list of the most interesting places around the house.
