I rent a nice bedroom of 10,50m2 in my house in which I live (I am 55 years old and I have a 27 years old daughter who does not live with me).

Nice house of 100m2 with a big garden in Villejuif (Épi d'Or area) in a very quiet street, to rent exclusively to a single student a 10,50m² room on the 1st floor, garden view, fully equipped (bed 140x190x18, 1 closet with 2 big mirrors, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 bookcase, 1 big skylight under slope, fiber internet access, wifi, possibility to bring one's own television, 1 lamp).
To share :
the bathroom (bathtub, shower and WC)
the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, small fridge, cooking equipment and dishes)
the basement (washing machine, dryer)
Free access to the garden and the dining room

Gas heating
Radiator in the room
Smokers allowed in the dining room and garden only

I do not accept APL

I take Visale deposit and LocaPass (advance of the security deposit)
