This apartment is located in the center of Puteaux, very close to the town hall, shops, and public transport (Tram T2, Metro Line 1, and SNCF train). La Défense and the large shopping mall Les Quatre Temps are just a few minutes away.

The apartment includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes), bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a balcony with a view of a quiet garden. The building is secure with badge access and an intercom. The area is calm, residential, family-friendly, and safe.

One person per room only. The rent is non-negotiable and includes all bills: electricity, water, internet, and heating.
For each bedroom : Adding a bed, wardrobe, desk, if needed, please let me know before arriving at the accommodation (free, no extra cost).

- Initial contract : 3 months, renewable if everything goes well.
- The accommodation reservation and proof of payment are sent by Studapart, immediately after booking.?
- The rental contract is issued on the same day of the beginning of the contract.
- Security deposit : One month?s rent, to be paid one week before move-in.
- Notice period : One month.

- This apartment is not eligible for housing benefits (APL, ALS, CAF).
- No parties or noise disturbances from 12 PM to 6 AM.
- Priority will be given to students.
