71 m2 shared flat in the "coliving" style, in the heart of Lille to live a multicultural experience. The AREA IS VERY SAFE.
WE the girls roommates
We are girls (19 to 28 years old) students coming from allover the world to complete an international university education in a Master's degree in International Business, Computer Science, Political Science, Journalism or Languages ??or to do an internship.
We are here for a few months or more
The languages ??spoken are French and English (essential internationally, of course), but also Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Chinese Everyone brings her culture.
We work hard during the day and we allow ourselves time to relax to chat, share experiences, learn from others.
We organize meals together, mainly on weekends. It's an opportunity to discover different dishes and cultures
CLEAN SERVICE
Clean bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
Washing machine for your personal laundry.
We organize ourselves together with a schedule of taking turns cleaning the apartment, doing the dishes, cleaning every week, and doing joint shopping. The owner takes care of it...
We are clean and we leave the shower and toilets clean after use, it is essential and a question of mutual respect...

IMPORTANT. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME CHARGES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE RENT AND SOME UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND TO BE PAID IN EXTRA;
The charges included are: general maintenance, wifi, water, bed equipment(blanket, pillow, 1 set of bed sheets/towels), city trash tax, washing machine use expenses.
The utilities which are not included in the priceare: electricity and heating. The payment is based on your consumption and a monthlyprovision of 75 euro/person is to be paid in extra. if less consumption = refund, if more extra payment.
