Welcome to our elegant 60 m² apartment nestled on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator, right in the heart of the city center.

Ideally located, it’s just a short walk to the beaches, the Old Town, the Provençal market, and all local shops and amenities.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) and a bright living room with a convertible sofa of the same size. The bedrooms also includes a spacious wardrobe for storing your personal belongings.

You'll find a bathroom equipped with a shower. The living room, both pleasant and well laid out, includes a TV for movie nights. Reversible air conditioning in each room and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi ensure optimal comfort year-round.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals with ease: microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a variety of utensils.

Each room has its own balcony—perfect for enjoying the sunshine with a morning coffee or evening aperitif.
