There are two identical bedrooms overlooking a long second balcony (15m2 each room) with new furniture : a sofa-bed (which functions as a couch/single bed and also opens out into a large double bed), a large double wardrobe with ample storage space, desk, chair, desk lamp, book case and side table. Bedding, sheets, bath and beach towels are provided.
The bus stop with buses to the business and engineering schools in Sophia Antipolis (Skema, Eurecom, Polytech ...) is just a minutes walk away, and the SNCF train station is five minutes on foot. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are a few minutes on foot, whilst the beach, port and old town are 800 metres away.
Perfect as a flat share for international students.
