It is located 10mn walking distance from GEM school.
The flat is at the 7rd floor and offers a stunning view on the mountains. It has 4 bedrooms One room is free, the roommates are two females, students doctorant in the CEA, and one guy studiying electronics. All are speaking english.
It has one WC, one bathroom and one kitchen with micro-wave, washing
machine, fridge, and all the cooking equipment, The rooms are furnished with bed, a shelf to put you clothes, a desk, a chair.
Female tenants are prefered.
