The apartment is fully furnished with a well equiped kitchen, cosy bedroom (bed, desk, large wardrobe), bathroom with a private sink, Italian shower.

Bus station is at the bottom of the apartment (15mn to Gorge du Loup, 20mn to Bellecour, 15mn to Perrache).

All commodities shops are at 5mn walk.

Rent all charges inclusive except with water, electricity, wifi except flat insurance
