Hello!
I'm renting out my room in a shared apartment because I’m going abroad for an exchange semester. I’m looking for a female Erasmus or exchange student who is organized, friendly, and willing to share the household chores in the apartment.

? Rental Period:
From early September to the end of December (it’s important that the room is vacated by the end of December, as the rental cannot be extended).

? The Apartment:

- T3 (2-bedroom) apartment, located right next to Rangueil metro station (Line B)
- Fully furnished and equipped
- Shared with my brother (22 years old, master’s student)
- Shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, living room, washing machine

?? The Room Includes:

- A double bed (a duvet can be provided only is asked for)
- A desk
- A wardrobe
- A large window-door that opens onto the balcony

? Rent:

, all bills included (electricity, water, internet)
- Security deposit: €450 (equal to one month’s rent excluding charges, refundable at the end of your stay if there is no damage)
- A guarantor is required

? The Neighborhood:
Very quiet and student-friendly.

- Parks and sports courts within walking distance
