This is a 4 room flatshare in Mont Saint Aignan, the full adress is 6 parc de la Durdent, 76130 Mont Saint Aignan, about 5 minutes walk to Neoma Business school.

There are already 3 people in the appartement (around 24 years old). One guy from France, and one girl from India, one girl from Scotland. We will have one room left starting 1st of May 2023 as the 4th roommate is leaving.

Around the appartement are :

- "Place Colbert" 1 minute walk (shops, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, boulangerie, grocery store...)
- Universities (Neoma, IUT,UFR, Staps, UniLaSalle, ESC...)
- Super U (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk
- TEOR (bus rapid transit system) and other regular buses lines about 2 minutes walk. Rouen city center is accessible in 15 minutes.

The appartement is on the 1st floor of a 4 storey building, without elevator.

It's a 92m², surrounded by small parks with :
