Hello,

I am looking for a new flatmate to share my apartment, anytime from August 2026 to March 2027. It's a brand-new apartment, the construction finished in December 2023. It's a very nice duplex of 75 m2, with big windows, very bright.

At the ground floor, there's a a big kitchen / living room space, and a toilet and a storage room. There's also a little balcony. At the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, the bathroom (with a 2nd toilet).

The apartment is located in Rungis, a nice little town of the South Suburbs of Paris. To move around, both the tramway T7 and the RER C "Rungis La Fraternelle" are an 8 min walk. The metro line 14 ("Thiais Orly" stop) is an 5 to 10 min drive, 15 min by bike. I work in Paris, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, and it takes just 1 hour to get there. The good thing is that tramway and metro around here are always working, it's very very rare that they get on strike (and I've been in Rungis for nearly 10 years now).

The rent is 550 euros all included (WiFi, EDF, water, TV).

As for me, I enjoy cooking, so I'd be happy to share some meals with you from time to time. I also enjoy discovering new cultures and recipes, so I often try new recipes from India, China, Mexico... anywhere I can get inspiration from :) I am French, and I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I am 37 years old, and I'm a scientific researcher.

I am also a single mom, of a baby boy ! He's going to turn 1 y.o. in September. He now sleeps well at night, so you shouldn't get disturbed too much. But of course, it's a baby, so you've got to make sure it's ok for you to live with a baby.

All around the apartment, we have greens and parks. We also have all commodities (supermarket, drugstore...) at 2 min walk. Note also that I have bikes and many musical instruments that you could borrow during your stay (piano, guitar...).
