- A small closed bedroom with Velux (bedroom bed accessible by a short ladder of 4 steps)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A small room with a combined washing and drying machine, a iron, a iron table.
The 3rd floor flat (without elevator) offers a open and lovely view on one of the main square (Martyrs square) and pedestrian street (republique street). On the near surroundings, you will find all comodities : 3 public parking, 2 supermarkets, a butcher, a caterer, bakeries, restaurants, bars ,a post office, cash machines, and english pubs and english supermarket. At only from 5 to 10 minutes walk you can reach Vauban harbour, the lively street boulevard d?Aguillon and its busy bars and restaurants, the Gravette beach and the public transports (bus and train).
Skema is easy to acess as there are two direct buses which stops are only 4 to 6 min walk from the flat.
