DESCRIPTION: A bright, non-smoking, 21 m² furnished studio located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a building containing only 4 apartments, all rented exclusively to students. The neighborhood is very safe and close to the Catholic University as well as other universities (Lille 1, 2, 3), which are accessible by metro, bus, or bicycle.
The "Port" apartment is brand new following a complete 4-month renovation. It is a charming attic-style studio (non-smoking, 21 m²) featuring a spacious living area with a sofa, an equipped kitchenette (microwave, electric stovetop, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and cutlery) with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The studio is set up for single or double occupancy, with two single beds placed at opposite ends of the room to ensure privacy if shared by two friends. For couples, the two beds can be moved together to one side of the studio. Beds come with a duvet and sheets.
Rental rates:
1) Rent = EUR490/month (for single or double occupancy).
2) Utilities: some are included in the Studapart listing, while others (electricity, cold and hot water) depend on actual consumption and must be paid separately via a monthly prepayment. A final reconciliation is made at the end of the stay: lower consumption results in a refund, while higher consumption requires an additional payment.
