To let, in Lancefoc Street, near the buildings of Toulouse 1 Capitole University and Toulouse Business School, T1 with cellar and reserved parking space (and access is closed) in a secure residence (it is necessary to cross two doors protected by locks and a door protected by a digital lock to access the apartment).

The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-storey building with five apartments (there is no apartment on the ground floor), in a small residence. The building is very quiet because it is cut off from the road by another building facing the street and by the neighboring buildings.

The accommodation is rented fully equipped:

- The kitchen is equipped with a granite worktop, double sinks, a folding table, a stool, a refrigerator and induction. Cutlery, plates, pyrex glasses, and kitchen utensils are provided (pots, pans).

- The main room is equipped with a large sliding closet, a reversible air conditioner, a bed, a table, four chairs, a micro-wave and a coffee machine.

- The toilet / bathroom is equipped with a bath and a heated towel rack.

- Cellar with electricity, shelves, washing-machine and freezer.

Water, electricity, internet (fiber optic) and telephone (local calls to french fix lines only) are provided and ready to use immediately (possibility to connect a TV, the subscription is included in the internet box).

The student tenant only has to bring his/her linen, his/her toiletries, food and his/her course material.

The rent includes charges, payable in advance, the first of each month. The deposit is set at 1000 €.
