This beautiful, fully furnished apartment is located in a secure residential condo in the heart of a historical area.
The rental includes all condo charges, taxes, heating, and WiFi. and water consumption are included except elect per month not included in the rent.

The accommodation has a washing machine, but in autumn / winter, the laundry must be dried in a laundromat a few meters from the apartment to avoid humidity in the apartment (the cost is 2 or 3 euros for a large quantity of laundry that can be dried in a few minutes).
