Electricity = 'Linky meter" (electricity contract in the tenant's name, depend on your consumption).
Security deposit : 2 months ( 1600e)

No-Smoking Policy.

5 min on foot to the tube station ( Métro station "Mairie des Lilas" / line 11 > 15 min > to the centre of Paris Métro station "Châtelet" / line 11 ).
It's in the city, but just enough off the main street to be able to find some calm.
