Hello,

We are looking for two STUDENTS who are non smoker, serious, clean and tidy.
We have 3 rooms of which two rooms are already reserved by two friendly French students. COLOCATION NON-MIXTE. Each room has an individual key.

Our flat (71m2) has 3 bedrooms for flatshare/colocation,
is situated in a convenient and safe area near République tram station(2 mins walk). The flat is on the 3rd floor without lift.

Rental period: Strictly 10 months (We do not rent for less than 10months)
Security Deposit: One month

The utility charges will be adjusted at the end of the rental agreement.
The following rental charges are paid by the landloard : WIFI unlimited high-speed fiber/Garbage collecting tax/Building cleaning and building common area electricity,

The nearest schools are:

IPAG - only 5 mins walk, Lycée Masséna 9 mins walk,
Université Nice Sophia Antipolis Campus Saint Jean d'Angely - 14 mins walk.
EDHEC Business School - 27 mins(door to door) by T2 tram.
