Located on Monaco border in Beausoleil Palais Joséphine on the 6th floor / 7, this furnished studio (non-smoking) of 43 m2 (terrace 10 m²) is rented 1.200 €/month = 980 €/month + 220 €/month charges.
Lovely studio, nice living room, very large balcony with a beautiful south sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilets and washing-machine, cupboards, bed (140x200) with 2 square pillows and 1 duvet bed (200x200). Ideally located on the Rue du Marché side, it allows one to study in a very bright and very quiet environment. The apartment is sunny and calm unlike the studios on the other side of the building of Palais Joséphine on Avenue du Général de Gaulle side which suffer from a particularly noisy atmosphere as a consequence of their proximity to the roads/restaurants, and have a limited amount of natural lighting.
The Palais Josephine is part of the Hotel Adagio Monaco complex who is very secured with a 24h/24h concierge.
There is also free access to the rooftop swimming pool.
On the ground level of Palais Joséphine, you may find the bakery Maison Kayser, the supermarket Carrefour City and the Gustave Eiffel Market. The Monte-Carlo Casino is only 500 meters and the Larvotto Beaches, Japanese Garden, Grimaldi Forum, Port Hercules are 15-20 minute walk. The Oceanographic Museum and the Palais Princier on Le Rocher, 30 minute walk.
